L'Atelier de Rajaa Tuere

I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, but reside in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am a culinary arts major at the College of Southern Nevada. This program is rated number 7 in the country and has enhanced many of the self-taught skills I possess today, as well as utilize in my cookbook. L'Atelier de Rajaa Tuere is a recipe book based on providing intense and everlasting flavor. The goal of this book is to develop and introduce novel ways of cooking, providing unique flavor, and creating enticing dining experiences for each one of my customers. My recipes are meant to inspire those searching for creative, nutritious, and everlasting flavor. This book is meant to take you and your taste buds on a magical and savory journey, simply through the creation of food.
